Nathan D. Barron was born in Creve Coeur, Missouri in 1976. He has worked as an Associate Attorney in private practice in Bullhead City, Arizona and as a Law Clerk in the Adult Felony Division of the Alternate Public Defender of San Diego County, California. Mr. Barron holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association, including the Criminal Justice and Litigation sections of the ABA.

Mr. Barron is a passionate practitioner of criminal defense and a firm advocate for the rights of the accused.  In working as a law clerk for the Alternate Public Defender of San Diego County, Mr. Barron came to the conclusion that he could best serve those accused of crimes in private law practice, as the extraordinarily high volume of case loads at the Public Defender’s Office can often prevent an attorney from giving each case the amount of individual attention they would like to give.

Mr. Barron’s previous experience with criminal cases includes Misdemeanor and Felony offenses, as well as DUI and Traffic Violations.  Mr. Barron’s additional practice areas include the preparation and review of contracts, lease agreements, Powers of Attorney, living wills, advance directives, and other various legal documents.

Mr. Barron is married and the father of one. His personal interests include cooking, reading, snow skiing, racquetball, and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
